As a General Manager at Hall your job is to manage Hall and its team to build and maintain a space where members and team members alike can grow.
You will build an environment where your team is inspired and enabled to do their best work, in turn creating a seamless and thoughtless experience for members.
This includes managing and training team members, maintaining day-day operations, utilizing Hall’s location to embolden our brand, and working creatively within our brand framework to create unique experiences through member touch-points with staff, furniture, signage, and the interior environment at Hall.
This role will report directly to the CEO and work with the Community and Marketing Manager and Culinary Operations Director.
Create and improve a system for maintaining day-day at Hall.
Hire and lead a team of hospitable and caring employees by identifying talent and coaching employees to build new skill sets.
Maintain a clean and comfortable environment at Hall by upholding site cleanliness and ensuring that everything a member needs is at their fingertips.
Build relationships with members and guests through meaningful conversations and sourcing feedback to allow us to provide a better service.
Assist the Hall events team by staffing and supporting Hall events.
Oversee dinner service Sunday through Thursday, ensuring that Hall meals stay fresh, healthy and delicious and that service is quick and convenient.
Requirements, Desired Skills, and Experience
Extremely detail and process oriented
Affinity for visual aesthetics and creating experiences
Passion for healthy food
Hospitality or customer service experience
ServSafe Certification is a plus.
