ENERGYbits Inc. ( is a rapidly growing plant-based nutrition company based in Boston’s Beacon Hill area. We sell algae tablets that provide energy, focus, wellness, longevity, detox and many other benefits naturally and without chemicals, caffeine or sugar. Our customers are affluent health conscious consumers, athletes and wellness professionals. We sell nationwide through wellness offices and practitioners including chiropractors, naturopaths, sports clinics, spas, and longevity centers. We are hiring a National Wellness Sales Manager to oversee our sales growth.

This National Wellness Sales/Marketing position is a full time position. You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible opening new wholesale accounts nationwide at chiropractors, naturopaths, spas, longevity centers and other wellness retailers, offices and centers.

Successful candidates should have two years B2B sales experience preferably in the wellness, spa or fitness communities.

You should be a high energy self starter, enjoy closing sales, love helping others be healthy naturally, have excellent communication skills, be able to learn quickly and be familiar with (or able to learn) CRM systems like Sales Force.

Experience at a start up is preferred since we are a young company and have a “roll up your sleeves” approach. Experience supervising others is a bonus but more important is your enthusiasm to help build our company into a successful and admired national brand.

This position is based in our Boston office and requires travel when we exhibit at trade shows (often on weekends). If you love sales, are passionate about making a difference in the world and are personally and professionally committed to living a healthy life we’d love to hear from you!


  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Grow our contacts, networking and profile nationally
  • Use email, Linked-In and phone calls to maximize your sales efforts
  • Participate at trade shows, conduct pre-show and post-show email follow-up
  • Represent our brand at local and national events, associations and media
  • Use excel spreadsheets and our CRM system (Zoho) to record your sales activities
  • Management skills – oversee Interns and potentially other sales team members

Qualifications and Skills

  • Two years B2B sales (preferably in wellness or fitness, spas etc.)
  • Recent Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in business, fitness or nutrition (MBA bonus)
  • Passionate about helping others be healthy and fit using plant-based nutrition
  • Driven by excellence, passion and professionalism
  • Exceptional problem solving and communications skills
  • Team player but work well independently
  • Based in the area around Boston MA
  • Ability to travel nationwide to oversee our wellness trade shows (up to 20% travel)


Base of $35,000 - $50,000 base plus sales commissions and performance bonus that could bring total compensation package up to $80,000/year


Position is a contract position that renews annually (you file a 1099)
