Our Hospitality Team Member role is focused on personal interactions with our members. This role is centered on creating a welcoming and enriching environment for everyone in the space. We work hard to make our members feel welcome, comfortable, and at home, and you'll play a key role in contributing to this atmosphere. At Hall we serve our members dinner five nights a week, all of which are creative and health conscious, with two daily options: one "hearty" (meat protein based) and one "light" (vegetarian/vegan). We have an excellent kitchen staff who prepare the meals off site and deliver them to our 44 Gloucester space each day. The Hospitality Team Member(s) then completes each dish during dinner service, at the request of each member.
In addition to interacting with members, addressing their needs and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment, other tasks may include heating and garnishing meals, tracking the progress of meal preparation in our software, cleaning the kitchen and service spaces, restocking and cleaning, handling trash, compost, and recycling, and other maintenance duties.
This is a part-time position, about 30 hours per week, and requires availability between 3pm and 11pm, Sunday through Thursday.

Pay and benefits are commensurate with experience, with the opportunity for performance-based raises after 6 months. This role reports to the Operations Manager. Family meal is provided, and Hall team members receive Fridays and Saturdays off (barring special events).
