Job Description

As the Content Manager at Hall you are responsible for working with the Director of Growth & Marketing to develop a content marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement leads and retention. In addition to partnering on strategy you will lead content creation and distribution.

This role will report to the Director of Growth & Marketing and work with the CEO closely, as well as the Community Manager and Lead Software Developer.

Responsibilities
Build brand messaging within market fit
Design internal and customer-facing solutions to make our subscriber experience more seamless
Collaborate with product, PR, research and sales to develop a roadmap of engaging and relevant content
Develop a framework for tracking and analyzing results of all channels to demonstrate the overall business value of content efforts
Oversee copy and design for all socials, emails, webpages, blog posts, print and digital ads, press, one-pagers, and store signage
Manage @hallboston social media accounts: concepting visuals, producing photo shoots, writing captions, creating stories, engaging followers & influencers
Oversee production of art direction, photography, copywriting, and graphic design, ensuring creative assets are completed on time and within budget

Requirements, Desired Skills, and Experience
A portfolio of produced content pieces with key metrics showcasing a multi-purpose approach and how they’ve been utilized across numerous channels
Must be a skilled storyteller who can create compelling content that is quickly and easily understood by a busy audience
Experience creating of a wide variety of content including website content, social media content, sales materials, event materials, blog posts and advertisements
Excellent proofreading, content editing and grammatical skills
Affinity for visual aesthetics and creating experiences
Passion for healthy food
1-3 years work experience

Compensation
$50k - $70k
