The Heart Stuff:
I am here to help others ‘show up’ as their best selves in the world and I do my part in this through utilizing the tools of nutrition, fitness and wellbeing.
I believe that if you feel strong, confident and energized in your body you will be able to do your best work, whatever that is for you.
All through my teens and twenties I ‘lived small’ and lacked confidence as I never felt comfortable in my body, had crazy hormonal imbalances, terrible gut health, and unhealthy body composition.
My journey has showed me that improving your insulin sensitivity, improving your gut heath, balancing your hormones and achieving quality sleep can make you feel UNSTOPPABLE. I want everybody to feel that way.
The Head Stuff:
I am a Holistic Nutritionist, Level 2 Bio Signature Modulation Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer, originally from London but now living in Newton Centre and working in Back Bay, Boston.
Having worked in the wellness arena for over 12 years (previously I was a professional dancer), I have worked at the celebrity favorite retreat, Amansala’s Bikini Bootcamp in Tulum, Mexico, was part of the founding team and Master Trainer at London’s first barre studio (barrecore) and have worked as a personal trainer to the British Royal family and the Hollywood A List.
On moving to Boston I was handpicked by Fred De Vito to teach for Exhale Boston, and am one of the original team at BFX Back Bay where I designed and implemeted their Thrive Nutrition and Wellness Program.
I have a proven track record in transforming the health and physiques of my clients using my four key elements of wellness: Nutrition, Training, Lifestyle and Self-Care. I currently work with clients both in Boston and worldwide, and am an established speaker and workshop leader in the wellness industry.
